Rhys Millen’s Genesis Coupe Now Running Cool With Mishimoto
Mishimoto has recently partnered with Rhys Millen Racing. Millen’s 550HP Hyundai Genesis Coupe drift car is now running much cooler with the Mishimoto M Line Intercooler. During these hot summer days it’s crucial to keep engine temps under control. Rhys Millen will be competing in the remainder of the Formula D events. The next event is on July 10-11 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The team at Mishimoto looks forward to a successful drift season with Rhys Millen Racing.

Check out this awesome video recapping the excitement filled weekend at DMCC Round 1 in Canada. Drift Brigade Tuner Icons, Matt Waldin of Import Intelligence and Damien Bagley had quite a thrilling experience to say the least (Watch the video to find out!)
After all was said and done Waldin took 2nd place in his Mishimoto-sponsored 350Z. Congratulations Matt!

This past weekend at Formula D Round 3 at Wall Speedway in New Jersey, I finally got to meet Kyle Mohan and see his Mazdatrix RX8 in person. Chris Rado Makes History
History was made this past weekend with a ground breaking record lap time by pro driver, Chris Rado. At the Redline Time Attack event at Willow Springs Raceway, Rado ran a 1:22.623 lap around the track, breaking the front-wheel drive record, which he set last year.
“In what is quite possibly one of the most significant accomplishments in motorsports history, let alone time attack history, Chris Rado, driver of the World Racing Scion tC ran a blazing lap time of 1:22.623 in his FRONT WHEEL DRIVE vehicle. As of the writing of this press release, RTA officials have been unable to find a faster lap time recorded by a FWD vehicle in the history of Willow Springs Raceway. No doubt, the substantial re-work of the World Racing Scion tC during the offseason, including the massive front wing, put Chris Rado in a position to utilize is skill, piloting the car to a lap time that NOBODY thought was physically possible.” – www.RedlineTimeAttack.com

Formula D: Round 3 this weekend!
This weekend (June 5-6) Round 3 of Formula D, “The Gauntlet” will take place at Wall Speedway in New Jersey. Wall Speedway has reopened after being closed for a full year.
The track is more difficult than others with a 16 degree banked oval, the first time where the drivers will be utilizing the entire oval. This is definitely an event you don’t want to miss! I will be there representing and supporting the Mishi-sponsored teams, Kyle Mohan, Chris Forsberg, Joon Maeng, Matt Waldin, Justin Pawlak and Casper Canul!
